The vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace can be divided into the following categories according to the different use temperature. Because of the difference of the temperature, the heating mode and the way of heat insulation used in the heating room are different. The temperature at 8000C below the stove, heater is often used, such as iron chromium aluminum nickel wire heating element, thermal insulation material used high temperature aluminum silicate insulation mat. The temperature in the 10000C--16000C often used metal molybdenum, silicon molybdenum, silicon carbide and other insulation materials commonly used as heating element, carbon felt, mullite composite mat etc.. The temperature is used as heating element in 16000C --22000C, or by induction heating, and graphite felt is often used as insulation material.
