Maintenance of vacuum furnace
1. The furnace body, instrument and control cabinet shall be kept clean frequently.
2. Inflammables and explosives shall not be stored within 2m around the furnace.
3. The paint on the surface of furnace shell shall be kept intact and painted regularly.
4. The furnace temperature is higher than 400. At 12 o’clock, do not open the furnace door for a long time.
5. The operating temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature of the furnace.
6. Regularly repair and improve the sealing measures at the furnace mouth.
7. Lubricate the mechanical transmission part regularly.
8. Regularly check whether the graphite heater terminal is clamped and fastened in time.
9. The workpiece with corrosive substances and moisture shall not be brought into the furnace for heating.
10. Once the graphite heater is disconnected, it shall be connected with each other in time.
11. Regularly remove the residual oxide scale and other impurities at the furnace bottom.
