It has the function of ultra-high temperature alarm, thermocouple damage and power-off, and built-in parameter password control.
It can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can pre vacuum. The vacuum degree can reach 20KPa and the atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1MPa. The furnace body is processed from 10mm steel plate, which is safe and reliable and meets the national standard.
The heating rate is 5-20 ℃ / min, and 50 sections of automatic heating program can be written.
Equipped with RS-485 communication interface and data management software, it has the function of paperless recording historical data and temperature rise curve, correcting temperature deviation error, and can manage multiple equipment and remote fault diagnosis and analysis.
