Precautions for use of high temperature oven
1. The oven shall work indoors and be installed stably.
2. The power input shall be equipped with a special front-end on-off switch and connected with a good ground wire.
3. The power supply, voltage and power wiring must be checked before power on.
4. When the oven is newly purchased for use or used for a long time, it should be baked at 80-100 ℃ for two hours before starting to increase the temperature, so as to facilitate moisture leakage, enhance insulation performance and prolong the life of porcelain parts.
5. The thermal element probe for instrument temperature control shall be inserted into the working chamber from the temperature measuring hole of the left line, and shall not be inserted from the central hole of the air valve on the top of the box to avoid affecting the use.
6. When the oven is used for the first time, it should be observed frequently to avoid overheating and damaging the workpiece and causing losses.
7. If you feel that the thermal inertia is slightly large, you can turn off a group of heaters to reduce the heating power and prevent overheating caused by excessive inertia.
8. Take in baking objects: do not impact the temperature controller extending into the working room to prevent damage to the temperature controller and failure.
9. The oven shall not bake explosive, inflammable and volatile articles without specifying “explosion-proof oven” to prevent explosion.
