Precautions for use of muffle furnace
1. The heating rod of muffle furnace is fragile and fragile. Do not touch it. After any heating rod is damaged, the equipment cannot be heated and the replacement is expensive.
2. When opening and closing the muffle furnace door, open and close it gently, the protective door is damaged and the seal is not tight.
3. When using muffle furnace, the power supply shall be switched on first, then the heating, and finally the temperature regulation. The sequence shall not be reversed. There is no sequence requirement for shutdown. 4. When the muffle furnace is above 900 ℃ at high temperature, the furnace door cannot be opened to prevent cold air from causing chilling embrittlement of the heating rod.
5. The muffle furnace is at high temperature. If you want to cool down, you can’t open the door to cool down directly. You need to turn off the power supply or adjust the temperature to cool down.
6. When the muffle furnace is above 1200 ℃, the human eye cannot directly see the inside of the muffle furnace, and the high brightness of the high-temperature heating rod may cause eye burns.
7. When heating articles, pay attention to the melting point of the articles, and put the articles in high-temperature resistant vessels. If the heated articles melt, they will flow directly into the furnace, causing damage to the furnace, and the muffle furnace cannot be used again.
8. At the heating stage, the muffle furnace current is adjusted to 90%, and at the insulation stage, the muffle furnace current is adjusted to 50%.
9. When replacing the main power switch of the maintenance equipment, especially when replacing the silicon molybdenum rod, remember the equipment condition and details before replacement.
10. The user shall protect himself; High temperature gloves and protective glasses.
11. During temperature regulation, the temperature of the first two sections cannot be adjusted. The temperature of the first two sections is a protective device. If it is manually adjusted, the silicon molybdenum rod will be damaged.
