1. Power failure
No power display on the instrument after power on
Possible reasons: improper plug insertion, blown fuse, blown control circuit fuse.

The indicator light is not on

Solution: Open the furnace door, check and replace the broken heating element.
The electric furnace is not working, but the voltage and power supply are normal
Possible reason: Incorrect parameter settings for the electric furnace.
Solution: Contact the manufacturer, obtain guidance through video calls or other means, and reset the parameters.
