Close the door and lock the fasteners before vacuuming. Connect a section of the air pipe of the vacuum pump to an air valve of the equipment, close the other air valve, open the vacuum pump, close the exhaust valve when the pressure gauge on the high-temperature furnace reads -0.1, and then close the vacuum pump. The sequence cannot be reversed. Otherwise, the oil in the vacuum pump will be sucked back into the furnace. After vacuuming, you can fill in the atmosphere you need to pass in. Connect the gas pipe that passes the atmosphere to the inlet valve and open the atmosphere. There is a flowmeter in front of the high temperature electric furnace, and the flow of the atmosphere can also be controlled. It can be used as a pressure gauge. When the pointer returns to the zero mark, it's OK, turn off the atmosphere.
The high temperature furnace sets the required parameters before the heating process, and then runs the program. It is recommended not to open the furnace door at high temperatures, because extreme cold and extreme heat will affect the service life of the heating element.
If the heating element is broken, you can replace it yourself. If it is a heating element of electroplated wire, it needs to be replaced by professionals, which is more difficult.
